Easy summer recipes Crock Pot

Summer is a great time for crock pot recipes. Can be hot and humid out, but you still need to make dinner for you and your family. You can't BBQ every day. The time will not let you. Sandwiches and salads can be delicious, but sometimes you want a hearty meal at the end of the day when I get home from work, I don't want to come home to a sandwich. I've had that at lunchtime.
