Ingredients:

300 grams of sliced handful of fresh boneless chickenA Tulsi leavesHalf an onion, sliced3 cloves garlic, 4-slightly crushed2-3 fresh or dried red pepper, sliced2-3 tablespoon tablespoon chicken stock1 of oilHalf a sauceHalf fish soup spoon a tablespoon tablespoon soy sugar sauceOne

Procedure:

Put a pan on medium heat and let it heat up. Add the oil.When the oil is hot, add the bell pepper and garlic and saute until the peppers is slightly crisp and the garlic is golden.Add the chicken and stir-fry for 30 seconds or so.Add sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce and stir for three to five minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.Add the onion and saute for 30 seconds. If the mixture is too dry, add two to three tablespoons of chicken stock.Add the Tulsi and give it a quick shake.Serve over cooked rice with a fried egg as a side dish.
